AladdinStores Seller Badges — Quick Guide
1. Introduction
Seller Badges on AladdinStores are special marks that recognize your achievements as a seller.
They appear on your storefront and profile page to show trust, authenticity, and good performance.
Badges are automatically awarded when you reach certain milestones — such as publishing products, completing sales, or earning good reviews — and sometimes manually granted by AladdinStores Admin Team for special recognitions like being featured or verified.
Earning more badges helps build buyer confidence and makes your store more visible in the marketplace.

2. Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Go to Your Dashboard
1. Log in to your AladdinStores Seller Dashboard.
2. On the left-hand menu, click on “Badge.”

Step 2: Open the Badge Page
You’ll be taken to your Badges page, where you can:
• See all your earned badges.
• View available badges you can still unlock.

Step 3: Use the Badge Filter
At the top of the badge section, there’s a dropdown filter.
You can select:
• All – to view all badges.
• My Badges – to view badges you already have.
• Available Badges – to view badges you can still earn.
Here’s what you’ll find on your Reviews page:
• Rating: Customers rate your store from 1 to 5 stars.
• Comments: Buyers can leave written feedback about their experience.
• Status: Shows whether the review is Approved, Pending, Spam, or Trashed.
• Customer Info: Displays the name and date of the review.
You can easily filter or sort reviews using the available dropdowns or tabs at the top of the page.
Step 4: How You Earn Badges
Badges are given automatically or manually based on your activity:
Product Badges
• Products Published: Earned as you upload more products.
(Example: Level 1 – 10 products, Level 2 – 15 products, etc.)
• Number of Products Sold: Based on how many items you sell.
• Featured Product: When one of your products is highlighted on AladdinStores.
• Trending Product: When your product ranks among top weekly or monthly sellers.
Seller Badges
• Verified Seller: Given when you verify your identity, address, company, or phone.
• Featured Seller: Given when your store is featured on AladdinStores.
• Exclusive to AladdinStores: For sellers who sell only on AladdinStores.
• Years Active: Awarded automatically based on how long your store has been active.
Sales & Customer Badges
• Number of Orders: Based on how many orders you’ve received.
• Sales Amount: Based on your total sales in marketplace currency.
• Customer Review: Based on total positive (5-star) reviews received.
• Store Support: Based on the number of customer support requests resolved.
Step 5: When Badges Appear
• Badges update automatically every day at midnight.
• Some badges (like “Trending Product”) may be temporary and expire after a time.
• If you remove products or your performance drops, badges can also adjust automatically.
• The badge will be shown in the single store page.

• Keep your store active and verified to earn long-term trust badges.
• Participate in campaigns or promotions for a chance to earn Featured badges.
• Selling only on AladdinStores? Request to become an Exclusive Seller for a special badge.
