Buyer Protection Policy

AladdinStores protects Buyers in cases where:

• Items are not delivered.
• Items are defective or not as described

Process:

• Buyer must first contact the Seller.
• If unresolved, the Buyer may file a claim with AladdinStores.
• AladdinStores may mediate; our decision may be final and binding.

Exclusions: Buyer’s remorse, unauthorized purchases, and items specifically excluded from protection.
