1. Introduction

Welcome to AladdinStores

com, a global multivendor marketplace connecting buyers and sellers

By using the Platform (as a buyer, seller, or visitor), you agree to these Terms and all policies referenced here

These Terms may be updated from time to time

Continued use of the Platform means you accept any updates

2. General Marketplace Rules

AladdinStores acts as an intermediary; we do not own, manufacture, or control third-party products

Buyers purchase directly from independent sellers

Sellers are fully responsible for listing accuracy, product authenticity, pricing, shipping, and after-sales service

AladdinStores vets and verifies sellers to promote trust

If issues arise, buyers should contact the seller first

If unresolved, AladdinStores provides dispute tools and Buyer Protection under our policies

3. Accounts & Eligibility

Users must provide accurate registration details and keep account credentials secure

Sellers must provide valid identification, business/tax information, and comply with all applicable laws (e

g, consumer protection, VAT, product safety) Prohibited Activities Users must not misuse the Platform Prohibited activities include:

Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices

Spamming, harassment, or abusive behavior

Scraping, automated data collection, or attempts to bypass security

Listing counterfeit or prohibited items

Any unlawful or harmful conduct

4.Seller Policies (Overview)

Sellers must comply with: o Listing & Categories Policy (Annex B) o Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy (Annex C) o Seller Guidelines

Listings must be accurate, lawful, and respect intellectual property rights

Rules for bookings and auctions are detailed in the Booking & Auctions Policy (Annex D)

5.Buyer Policies (Overview)

Orders placed create a binding contract between buyer and seller

Returns and refunds follow the seller’s stated policy and the Returns & Refunds Policy

Exceptions apply for items not as described, defective, or not delivered

6. Fees, Commissions & Subscriptions

Sellers are subject to commissions, subscriptions, and other charges as outlined in the Fees & Payments Policy (Annex E)

AladdinStores may update fees; continued use after updates means acceptance

No Hidden Fees

AladdinStores does not charge hidden fees

All commissions, subscriptions, and payment charges are disclosed in Annex E

7.Payments & Transactions

Payments are processed through integrated gateways (e

g, Stripe, PayPal, AFS, bank transfer)

AladdinStores may temporarily hold funds to verify delivery or resolve disputes

Currency conversion, withdrawal, or gateway fees may apply (see Annex E)

8.Orders, Returns & Refunds

Sellers must ship on time and provide tracking when applicable

Buyers may request returns/refunds within the return window

Eligibility depends on the seller’s policy and applicable law

Statutory consumer rights (e

g, EU/UK cooling-off rights) apply where required by law

9.Dispute Resolution & Buyer Protection

Buyers must first contact the seller to resolve issues

If unresolved, AladdinStores may mediate under the Buyer Protection Policy

Decisions made under dispute processes may be final and binding per policy

Certain disputes, especially for high-value assets, may require binding arbitration or court intervention (see Annex A)

10.Intellectual Property & Content

Counterfeit or infringing items are strictly prohibited

Users must not upload unlawful, offensive, or misleading content

Sellers retain ownership of their content but grant AladdinStores a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote it on the Platform

This license is for marketing and operational purposes only and does not transfer ownership

11.Social Media Usage

AladdinStores may promote products, services, and Seller Content via official marketing channels

By using the Platform, you grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for this purpose

Users must not use AladdinStores’ name, logo, or branding in a misleading or unlawful way

12.Changes to Terms & Policies

AladdinStores may update these Terms and referenced policies

Material changes will be notified on the Platform or by email before taking effect

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

13.Limitation of Liability

AladdinStores is a marketplace facilitator and not the seller of third-party goods/services

We are not liable for: product quality, shipping delays, damages, or failures caused by sellers, buyers, shippers, payment providers, or other third parties

Our responsibility is limited to providing platform access, secure payments, and dispute mediation tools

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or where prohibited by law

14.High-Value & Escrow Transactions

High-value items (e

g, yachts, vehicles, real estate, precious metals, commodities) are permitted under additional safeguards

These may require signed contracts between Buyer, Seller, and AladdinStores and/or an escrow provider

Payments may require escrow, verified bank transfer, and identity verification

Funds may be held until delivery or transfer of ownership is confirmed

15.User Reviews & Feedback

Buyers may leave honest reviews

Review manipulation (fake orders, incentives, harassment) is prohibited

AladdinStores may remove reviews that are abusive, misleading, or violate policy

16.Account Suspension & Termination

AladdinStores may suspend or terminate accounts for prohibited items, repeated non-delivery, fraud, abuse, or policy violations

Pending payouts may be withheld during investigation or disputes

If a seller is terminated, active buyer orders remain protected under the Buyer Protection Policy

Refunds may be issued from the seller’s pending payouts

Users may terminate their own account via the Platform, but must first settle all fees, commissions, and active obligations

Account closure ends access to data, except for retention required by law

17.Force Majeure

AladdinStores is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government acts, war, terrorism, civil unrest, internet/power outages, labor disputes, or pandemics

Obligations are suspended during such events

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bahrain (or the user’s designated base jurisdiction, if agreed)

Disputes will be resolved via arbitration or competent courts, as set out in the Dispute Policy and as Aladdinsotres choose according to case

Seller Guidelines & Onboarding Checklist

Sellers must complete onboarding requirements before selling: 1.Provide valid ID / business license 2.Add verified payment method 3.Upload at least one compliant Listing 4.Agree to Terms of Use & referenced Policies 5. Maintain order handling standards: ship on time, respond to messages, and honor returns/refunds Failure to meet these guidelines may result in delayed approval, suspension, or termination

Annex A — High-Value Transactions & Escrow Policy
AladdinStores permits the sale of high-value assets (e.g, vehicles, yachts, real estate, commodities, luxury items) subject to additional safeguards:

Escrow Requirement: Transactions above USD 10,000 (or equivalent) may require escrow through a licensed provider or bank

Contracts: Buyers and Sellers may be required to sign a Bill of Sale or other legally binding agreement

Verification: Both parties may undergo identity and ownership verification (KYC/AML compliance)

Fund Release: Funds are released only once delivery or transfer of ownership is confirmed

Disputes: Unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration or competent courts under the Governing Law clause

Annex B — Listing & Categories Policy

Accuracy: Listings must include accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, and photos

Categories: Sellers must place items in correct categories

Duplicate Listings: Duplicate or misleading listings are prohibited

Intellectual Property: All listings must respect intellectual property laws (no counterfeits)

Updates: Sellers must keep stock, pricing, and details up-to-date

Annex C — Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy Sellers may not list:

Illegal, counterfeit, or stolen items

Drugs, controlled substances, weapons, explosives

Hazardous or unsafe products

Adult content prohibited by law

Endangered species, ivory, cultural heritage artifacts

Restricted products (alcohol, tobacco, medicine) without licenses

Bookings: Sellers must state service details, schedules, and cancellation/refund terms

Deposits: Non-refundable deposits must be disclosed before acceptance

Auctions: Must clearly show start price, reserve price (if applicable), and duration

Integrity: Bid manipulation (fake bids, shill bidding) is prohibited

Annex E — Fees & Payments Policy

Commissions:AladdinStores charges commission per completed sale based on Seller Plan

Subscriptions: Sellers may subscribe to Basic, Standard, Professional, or Luxury Plans

Payment Gateways: Supported gateways include Stripe, PayPal, AFS, bank transfer

Payouts: Funds may be held until delivery confirmation or dispute resolution

Currency Conversion: Conversion and withdrawal fees may apply

Transparency: All fees are disclosed in the Seller Dashboard

Returns & Refunds Policy

Sellers must honor their stated return/refund policy

Buyers may request returns within the specified period, subject to applicable law

Eligibility: defective, not as described, or undelivered items

Refunds are processed via the original payment method

High-value items may have stricter refund rules

Buyer Protection Policy

Protects Buyers if items are defective, not delivered, or not as described

Buyers must attempt resolution with the Seller first

If unresolved, AladdinStores may mediate. Decisions may be binding

Exclusions: buyer’s remorse, unauthorized purchases, or items specifically excluded

Privacy Policy

AladdinStores collects account, transaction, and browsing data

Data is used to provide services, improve safety, and comply with law

We may share data with payment processors, logistics providers, or regulators

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of data (subject to law)

Complies with Bahrain law, GDPR, and international privacy standards

Seller Guidelines & Onboarding Checklist Before selling, Sellers must:

Upload compliant listings

Accept the Terms of Use and referenced Policies

Meet service standards: timely shipping, fair refunds, and responsive communication

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination
