Regular checks help you:
• Monitor sales trends
• Track customer activity
• Improve inventory management
• Optimize marketing efforts
• Maximize profits through data-driven decisions

13. Why do I see refunded orders in my report?

Refunded orders appear so you can track:
• Customer issues
• Product quality concerns
• Profit adjustments
• Trends in return behavior
This helps maintain and improve customer satisfaction.

14. Why are my numbers lower than expected?

Possible reasons include:
• Coupons or discounts applied
• Refunded orders
• Slow traffic on certain days
• Seasonal changes in customer demand
• Pending orders not yet completed

15. Can I track my shipping earnings separately?

21. Why does my report show “$0.00” or “0 orders”?

This usually means that there have been no sales recorded for the selected period.
• Make sure you have active products listed and completed orders
• Check the date range or refresh the page
• If sales still don’t appear after recent transactions, wait a few minutes as the system updates in real time
• Reports update automatically once a sale is made

22. Can I filter the reports by specific dates?

Currently, the default report view shows data for the current month.
However, you can switch between tabs like Sales by Day or Statement to view detailed performance.
Future updates will include custom date filters for advanced reporting.

23. How can I export or download my reports?

You can export your Statement as a file for record-keeping or accounting.
• Go to Reports → Statement Tab
• Scroll down and click on Export / Download CSV (if available)

24. Why are refunded orders showing negative values?

Refunded orders are automatically subtracted from your gross and net sales totals.
This ensures accurate reporting and prevents double-counting of refunded transactions.

25. How do I track which coupons were used by customers?

  • Go to Reports → Overview Tab
    • Check the “Worth of Coupons Used” section for the total value
    • For detailed tracking, visit the Coupons tab in your Dashboard to view which coupons were applied and how many times

26. When does the sales chart update?

The sales graph updates automatically each time a new order is placed, refunded, or processed.
If you’ve made sales recently but don’t see them reflected yet, try refreshing the page after a few minutes.

27. Can I compare my sales across different months?

Currently, the dashboard displays your current month’s performance by default.
To compare past data, you can manually record or export your monthly statements and review growth over time.

28. How do refunds and shipping affect my totals?

  • Refunds reduce both gross and net sales
    • Shipping fees are included in gross sales but not in net profit
Your Statement Tab shows all your financial details — orders, refunds, commissions, shipping, and final payouts.

29. Why does my “Top Selling” tab show no data?

If your store is new or has not made sales yet, the Top Selling tab will remain empty.
Once products are sold, this section will automatically populate with your best-performing items.

30. Where should I start if I’m new?

If you’re new, start with the Revenue and Orders reports to understand your sales activity, then explore Products and Stock reports as your store grows.
