AladdinStores keeps buying and selling safe, simple, and transparent.
1. Payments
- All payments on AladdinStores are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal.
- For high-value assets (e.g., real estate, yachts, commodities), payments are made via verified bank transfer/escrow.
- Buyers and Sellers are not permitted to arrange or accept payments outside AladdinStores.
2. Referral Fees
- AladdinStores charges a flat 5% referral fee on each completed sale.
- This fee applies to all categories unless otherwise stated.
- Fees are automatically deducted from the Seller’s payout.
3. Payment Processing Fees
- Standard processing fees charged by Stripe or PayPal also apply.
- These fees are collected by the payment provider, not by AladdinStores.
- AladdinStores does not set or control these rates.
4. Refunds & Returns
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer).
- Timeframes may vary by product type (see Returns & Refund Policy).
5. Cancellations
- Buyers may cancel orders before shipment.
- Sellers must notify buyers if unable to fulfill; repeated cancellations may affect seller accounts.
6. Chargebacks & Fraud
- Chargebacks are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Sellers must provide proof of delivery or service completion.
- Fraudulent claims or misuse may result in account suspension.
