Build professional relationships. Connect businesses. Create opportunities.

The AladdinStores Business Partner Program is designed for professionals and organizations that use established business, client or commercial networks to introduce suitable prospective sellers to the AladdinStores marketplace.

As a Business Partner, your role is to identify genuine business opportunities, introduce suitable sellers and businesses to AladdinStores and provide your unique Referral Code when they are interested in joining.

When an eligible seller you refer successfully joins AladdinStores and meets the Partner Program requirements, you can earn a one-time Referral Reward.

Business Partners may refer eligible individual sellers and businesses of any size. This partnership type is primarily intended for Partners who make referrals through professional, client or commercial networks.

There are no minimum referral requirements or sales targets. You can participate at your own pace.

  • Individual sellers and entrepreneurs
  • Startups

  • Established businesses and brands
  • Manufacturers
  • Retailers
  • Wholesalers and distributors

  • Other eligible businesses and organizations interested in joining the marketplace

Focus on sellers and businesses that have a genuine interest in offering eligible products or services through AladdinStores.

Your Role as a Business Partner

Your role is to create a professional introduction between suitable prospective sellers and AladdinStores.

As a Business Partner, you can:

  • Identify sellers and businesses that may be suitable for AladdinStores.
  • Introduce AladdinStores as a potential marketplace opportunity.
  • Explain the basic AladdinStores marketplace proposition accurately.
  • Identify how the marketplace may be relevant to a particular business.
  • Direct prospective sellers to official AladdinStores information.
  • Provide your assigned Referral Code.
  • Remind referred sellers to enter your Referral Code during seller registration.
  • Build and maintain professional business relationships.
  • Contact the AladdinStores Partner Team when additional information or clarification is required.

Business Partners should not make decisions, promises or commitments on behalf of AladdinStores.

How to Find Potential Business Referrals

Start with businesses within your existing professional network and businesses you encounter through your normal professional activities.

Potential referrals may include:

  • Clients you already advise or work with.
  • Businesses within your professional network.
  • Brands looking for additional online sales channels.
  • Manufacturers interested in reaching new customers.
  • Retailers expanding into e-commerce.
  • Wholesalers interested in B2B marketplace opportunities.
  • Service providers looking to offer bookable or professional services online.
  • Businesses currently selling primarily through social media.
  • Businesses with their own websites that may benefit from an additional marketplace presence.
  • New businesses preparing to launch.
  • Companies looking to expand their online reach.

Focus on quality, relevant business introductions rather than simply distributing your Referral Code to large numbers of businesses.

Before Approaching a Business

Take a few moments to understand the prospective business before contacting them.

Where possible, consider:

  • What products or services the business provides.
  • Whether those products or services are suitable for AladdinStores.
  • Whether the business already sells online.
  • How the business currently reaches customers.
  • Whether the business may benefit from another online marketplace channel.
  • Which AladdinStores marketplace features may be relevant to the business.

A more informed introduction will usually be more professional and useful than sending a general promotional message.

How to Approach a Business

Keep your approach professional, relevant and concise.

Explain why you believe AladdinStores may be relevant to the particular business rather than simply asking the business to register.

You can introduce yourself as an AladdinStores Business Partner and explain that you introduce suitable prospective sellers to the marketplace.

Example Introduction

You may say:

“I’m an AladdinStores Business Partner and I work with businesses that may benefit from expanding their online marketplace presence. I came across your business and thought AladdinStores may be relevant to what you offer. If you’re interested, I can send you information about the marketplace and my Referral Code to use if you decide to register as a seller.”

The wording may be adapted depending on your relationship with the business and the nature of its products or services.

The purpose is to create a professional introduction, not to pressure the business into joining.

When You Already Know the Business

If the prospective seller is already a client, professional contact or business connection, you can make the introduction more specific.

Explain why you believe AladdinStores could be relevant to that particular business.

Depending on the business, you may highlight relevant marketplace opportunities such as:

  • Selling physical products
  • Offering digital products
  • Providing bookable services
  • Offering customized or personalized products
  • Wholesale and B2B opportunities
  • Auctions
  • Other supported marketplace opportunities relevant to the business

Only discuss features that are currently available and applicable to the prospective seller.

What Should You Explain?

You do not need to provide a prospective seller with every AladdinStores policy or technical detail.

Your role is to provide an accurate introduction and direct the prospective seller to official AladdinStores information where they can evaluate the opportunity themselves.

Where relevant, you can direct prospective sellers to information about:

  • Seller subscription plans
  • Marketplace features
  • Seller registration
  • Product and service listings
  • Seller storefronts
  • Seller tools
  • Payments
  • Shipping
  • Marketplace policies
  • B2B and wholesale opportunities
  • Bookable services
  • Customized and personalized products
  • Other applicable seller features

Always use current and accurate information provided by AladdinStores.

What You Should Not Say or Do

Business Partners must not make unauthorized promises or commitments on behalf of AladdinStores.

Do not:

  • Guarantee that a seller or business will be approved.
  • Guarantee sales, customers, revenue, profits or marketplace performance.
  • Offer unauthorized discounts, pricing or commercial terms.
  • Negotiate AladdinStores subscription prices unless expressly authorized.
  • Provide false, misleading or outdated information.
  • Present yourself as an employee or agent of AladdinStores.
  • Sign contracts or make commitments on behalf of AladdinStores.
  • Collect payments on behalf of AladdinStores unless expressly authorized.
  • Create or submit seller accounts without the seller’s or business owner’s knowledge and authorization.
  • Create fake, duplicate, manipulated or self-referrals.
  • Use another Partner’s Referral Code or attempt to claim a referral you did not genuinely introduce.
  • Use misleading, deceptive or aggressive marketing.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.

If a prospective seller asks a question you cannot answer confidently, direct them to AladdinStores or contact the AladdinStores Partner Team rather than guessing.

Using Your Referral Code

Once your Business Partner application is approved, AladdinStores will provide you with your unique Referral Code.

Your Referral Code allows eligible sellers introduced by you to be identified, recorded and associated with your Partner information.

1 — Introduce the Seller

Introduce the prospective seller or business to AladdinStores.

2 — Share Your Referral Code

Provide them with your assigned Referral Code.

3 — Seller Registers

The referred seller enters your Referral Code in the designated Referral Code field on the AladdinStores Seller Registration Form.

4 — Registration Is Completed

The seller completes their own registration and any applicable verification requirements.

5 — Referral Is Recorded

AladdinStores identifies and reviews the referral using the Referral Code together with applicable account and subscription records.

The Referral Code should be entered during registration so that the referral can be properly identified and verified.

How Referral Rewards Work

Providing your Referral Code does not automatically qualify a referral for a Referral Reward.

To qualify for the current Referral Rewards, the referred seller must register using your Referral Code, subscribe to an eligible paid Standard or Professional Seller Subscription Plan, successfully complete two consecutive paid subscription cycles and pass AladdinStores verification.

Once these requirements are satisfied and the referral passes final verification, the applicable one-time Referral Reward becomes eligible for processing.

Building Professional Business Relationships

The Business Partner Program can also help you expand and strengthen your professional network.

  • Understand the business before approaching it.
  • Keep communication professional and relevant.

  • Avoid repeated or unwanted contact.
  • Maintain professional relationships with businesses that may wish to join later.
  • Protect confidential, personal and business information.
  • Focus on long-term professional relationships rather than short-term referrals.

A business that does not join immediately may still become a valuable professional connection or decide to explore AladdinStores at a later stage.
