How to Request a Return:
Go to My Account → Orders.
Locate your order and select “Request Return” or “Contact Vendor.”
Provide details (e.g., reason, photos if needed), and submit your request.
Approval & Process: After the vendor reviews your request—typically within a set response time—you’ll get instructions for returning the item or receiving your refund.
Refund Methods: Refunds are usually processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the vendor’s policy.
Order Tracking: After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number/Order ID
To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
