Who can become an AladdinStores Partner?
Individuals, professionals and organizations that can genuinely introduce prospective sellers and businesses to AladdinStores may apply.
Choose between:
Marketplace Ambassador — suitable for individuals using personal, community, local or online networks to introduce prospective sellers.
Business Partner — suitable for professionals and organizations using established business, client or commercial networks to introduce prospective sellers.
Both partnership options allow you to refer eligible individual sellers and businesses of any size. The difference is primarily how you connect with them.
All applications are subject to review and approval by the AladdinStores Partner Team.
Is it free to join the Partner Program?
Yes. There is no fee to apply for or join the AladdinStores Partner Program.
Do I need previous sales or business experience?
No. Previous sales or business experience is not required for Marketplace Ambassadors.
Business Partners are generally expected to have relevant professional, commercial or business-network experience.
Are there minimum referral requirements or sales targets?
No. There are no minimum referral requirements or sales targets. You can participate at your own pace.
Partners are encouraged to stay engaged, build genuine connections and introduce suitable prospective sellers whenever opportunities arise.
What sellers and businesses can I refer?
You can introduce genuine prospective sellers and businesses, including:
- Individual sellers and entrepreneurs
- Home businesses
- Freelancers and creators
- Startups
- Small and medium-sized businesses
- Established businesses and brands
- Retailers and online sellers
- Manufacturers
- Wholesalers and distributors
- Service providers and professionals
- Digital product businesses
- Customized and personalized product businesses
- Bookable service providers
- Other legitimate sellers offering products or services permitted on AladdinStores
The referred seller must have a genuine intention to use AladdinStores and meet the applicable seller and marketplace requirements.
How does my Referral Code work?
Once approved, you will receive your unique AladdinStores Referral Code.
Give this code to the prospective seller you genuinely introduce.
The seller should enter your Referral Code in the designated Referral Code field on the AladdinStores Seller Registration Form when registering.
This allows the referral to be identified, recorded and associated with your Partner information.
Partners should always remind referred sellers to enter the correct Referral Code during registration.
What if the seller forgets to enter my Referral Code?
Partners should remind referred sellers to enter the Referral Code during registration.
If a seller forgets to enter the code, contact the AladdinStores Partner Team as soon as possible.
AladdinStores may review the circumstances and available records, but referral attribution cannot be guaranteed if the Referral Code was not entered during registration.

When does a referral qualify for a Referral Reward?
Providing a Referral Code alone does not automatically qualify a referral for a Referral Reward.
The referred seller must:
01 — Register Using Your Referral Code
The seller registers with AladdinStores and enters your Referral Code in the designated Referral Code field on the Seller Registration Form.
02 — Select an Eligible Paid Plan
The seller subscribes to an eligible Standard or Professional Seller Subscription Plan.
03 — Complete the First Paid Cycle
The seller successfully completes their first paid subscription cycle.
04 — Complete the Second Consecutive Paid Cycle
The seller remains eligible and successfully completes their second consecutive paid subscription cycle.
05 — Pass Referral Verification
AladdinStores verifies that the referral is genuine and meets the applicable Partner Program requirements.
Once these requirements are satisfied and the referral passes verification, the applicable one-time Referral Reward becomes eligible for processing.

How much can I earn from referrals?
The more genuine eligible sellers you successfully introduce to AladdinStores, the more Referral Rewards you can earn.
Current one-time Referral Rewards are:

Your Referrals Can Add Up
For eligible Professional Plan referrals:
- 1 eligible seller = $100 USD
- 3 eligible sellers = $300 USD
- 5 eligible sellers = $500 USD
- 10 eligible sellers = $1,000 USD
- 20 eligible sellers = $2,000 USD
For eligible Standard Plan referrals:
- 1 eligible seller = $10 USD
- 5 eligible sellers = $50 USD
- 10 eligible sellers = $100 USD
- 20 eligible sellers = $200 USD
There is no limit to the number of genuine eligible Referral Rewards you can earn. The more eligible sellers you successfully introduce, the more Referral Rewards you can earn.
Each referred seller must independently meet the applicable Referral Reward requirements.
Is the Referral Reward paid every month?
No.
Each Referral Reward is a one-time reward for each eligible referred seller. It is not a recurring monthly commission from that seller’s subscription.
For example, if you refer an eligible seller who qualifies under the Professional Plan, you may become eligible for the $100 USD Referral Reward once after that seller successfully completes the required qualification process.
You can continue earning additional Referral Rewards by introducing more genuine eligible sellers.
For example:
1 eligible Professional Plan seller = $100 USD one-time Referral Reward
5 eligible Professional Plan sellers = $500 USD in total Referral Rewards
10 eligible Professional Plan sellers = $1,000 USD in total Referral Rewards
Each seller must qualify independently.

Why does the seller need to enter my Referral Code?
Your Referral Code helps AladdinStores identify that the seller was introduced by you.
The referred seller should enter your Referral Code in the designated Referral Code field on the AladdinStores Seller Registration Form when registering.
AladdinStores uses the Referral Code together with applicable account and subscription records to identify and review eligible referrals.
Entering your Referral Code does not by itself guarantee a Referral Reward. The referred seller must also meet the applicable subscription, payment, verification and Partner Program requirements.
Do I receive the reward immediately when the seller registers?
No.
Seller registration alone does not qualify the referral for payment.
The referred seller must subscribe to an eligible paid Standard or Professional Plan, successfully complete two consecutive paid subscription cycles and pass AladdinStores referral verification.
Only after the applicable requirements have been completed and the referral passes verification does the one-time Referral Reward become eligible for processing.
Do I need to request my reward after the second payment?
No. You do not need to contact AladdinStores every time a referred seller completes their second consecutive paid subscription cycle.
AladdinStores identifies and tracks eligible referrals using the Referral Code entered during seller registration, together with applicable account and subscription records.
Once the applicable requirements are completed and the referral passes verification, the Referral Reward becomes eligible for processing according to the AladdinStores Partner payout schedule.

What happens if the seller cancels?
If the referred seller cancels before successfully completing the required second consecutive paid subscription cycle, the referral will not qualify for a Referral Reward.
Refunded, reversed, disputed, charged-back, failed or otherwise unsuccessful qualifying payments may also affect eligibility.
What happens if the seller changes subscription plans?
If a referred seller upgrades or downgrades during the qualification period, the applicable Referral Reward will be determined according to the seller’s qualifying subscription status and the Partner Program rules applicable to that referral.
Can I refer someone I know?
Yes.
You may genuinely introduce a friend, family member, colleague, business contact or another person you know who operates a legitimate business or genuinely intends to sell eligible products or services through AladdinStores.
However, they must genuinely intend to use AladdinStores. An account must not be created simply to generate a Referral Reward.
Can I refer my own business or another account I own?
No. Self-referrals do not qualify for Referral Rewards.
Partners may not create or use additional seller accounts they own or control to generate Referral Rewards.
Can I register a business myself?
You must not register, submit or create a seller account for a business without the business owner’s or authorized representative’s knowledge and permission.
The prospective seller or authorized representative should make their own decision to join AladdinStores and provide accurate information during registration.
What referrals are not allowed?
Examples of prohibited or ineligible referrals include:
- Fake or fabricated seller accounts.
- Duplicate accounts created to generate rewards.
- Self-referrals.
- Unauthorized business registrations.
- Accounts created solely to generate Referral Rewards.
- Temporary subscriptions arranged only to qualify for a reward.
- Manipulated subscription payments, refunds, reversals or chargebacks.
- Claiming a seller genuinely introduced by another Partner.
- Other fraudulent, deceptive or manipulated referral activity.

Can two Partners claim the same seller?
Only one Partner can normally receive a Referral Reward for the same eligible referred seller.
Referral attribution is generally based on the valid Referral Code recorded during seller registration, subject to AladdinStores verification and the Partner Program Terms & Conditions.
AladdinStores may review the Referral Code, registration information and other relevant records when determining referral attribution.
Partners should therefore ensure that sellers they genuinely introduce use their correct Referral Code during registration.
Can I guarantee that a seller or business will be approved or make sales?
No.
Partners must not guarantee seller approval, sales, customers, revenue, profits or other business results.
Partners should explain AladdinStores accurately and allow each prospective seller or business to decide whether to join.
Am I an employee or representative of AladdinStores?
No.
Marketplace Ambassadors and Business Partners participate as independent referrers.
Participation in the Partner Program does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture or similar relationship with AladdinStores.
Partners must not enter into agreements, make commitments or otherwise bind AladdinStores unless expressly authorized in writing.
Can AladdinStores reject or withhold a Referral Reward?
Yes.
A Referral Reward may be rejected or withheld where the referral does not satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements or is determined to be fake, duplicate, self-referred, manipulated, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible.
Referral Rewards may also be affected by cancellations, failed payments, refunds, reversals, disputes or chargebacks where applicable.
All Referral Rewards are subject to verification by AladdinStores and the AladdinStores Partner Program Terms & Conditions.
