This AladdinStores Partner Program Privacy Policy (“Partner Privacy Policy”) explains how AladdinStores collects, uses, stores and protects personal information in connection with applications for and participation in the AladdinStores Partner Program, including the Marketplace Ambassador and Business Partner programs.
This Partner Privacy Policy should be read together with the applicable AladdinStores Privacy Policy and AladdinStores Partner Program Terms & Conditions.
By submitting a Partner application, you acknowledge that your information will be processed as described in this Partner Privacy Policy and as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

Depending on your application and participation in the Partner Program, AladdinStores may collect:
- Full name.
- Email address and phone number.
- Country, city or region.
- Preferred language.
- Age confirmation.
- Occupation or field of study.
- Company or organization name, where applicable.
- Applicant type, such as individual, business, company, agency, consultancy, organization or association.
- Information about your professional, business or community network.
- Countries or markets in which you expect to refer prospective sellers.
- Types of sellers or businesses you expect to refer.
- Information about how you intend to identify and introduce prospective sellers.
- Information and responses submitted through your Partner application.
- Partner ID, Referral Code and Partner status after approval.
- Referral, qualification and Referral Reward information.
- Payment information where required to process Referral Rewards.
- Communications with the AladdinStores Partner Team.
- Other information you voluntarily provide in connection with the Partner Program.
AladdinStores will seek to collect only information reasonably necessary to review applications and administer the Partner Program.
2. How We Collect Information
We may collect information:
- Directly from you through Partner application forms.
- Through communications with the AladdinStores Partner Team.
- Through AladdinStores systems relating to Partner accounts, Referral Codes and referred sellers.
- From referred sellers where reasonably necessary to verify a referral.
- Through payment and administrative records relating to Referral Rewards.
- Through service providers used to operate forms, communications, storage and other Partner Program functions.
- From other legitimate sources where reasonably necessary for verification, fraud prevention, security or legal compliance.
3. How We Use Your Information
AladdinStores may use Partner information to:
- Receive, review and evaluate Partner applications.
- Communicate with applicants about their applications.
- Approve, reject or request additional information regarding an application.
- Create and administer Partner records.
- Issue and manage Partner IDs and Referral Codes.
- Provide onboarding information and Partner support.
- Record and verify referred sellers.
- Determine referral attribution and Referral Reward eligibility.
- Process and maintain records of Referral Reward payments.
- Communicate important Partner Program information and updates.
- Prevent and investigate fraud, misuse, duplicate referrals and unauthorized activity.
- Enforce the AladdinStores Partner Program Terms & Conditions.
- Maintain the security and integrity of the Partner Program.
- Maintain appropriate business and administrative records.
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
4. Partner Application Forms & Service Providers
AladdinStores may use third-party technology and service providers to operate Partner application forms, communications, hosting, storage or other Partner Program functions.
Information submitted through these services may be processed through the provider’s systems before being received or accessed by AladdinStores.
Where AladdinStores uses service providers to process information on its behalf, AladdinStores will seek to use appropriate providers and safeguards in accordance with applicable requirements.
Applicants should not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information through Partner application forms unless specifically requested by AladdinStores for a legitimate purpose.
5. Referral & Seller Information
Approved Partners may receive a unique Referral Code used to associate eligible referred sellers with the Partner.
AladdinStores may process relevant information concerning a referred seller’s registration, Referral Code, subscription status, qualifying payments and referral eligibility where necessary to administer the Partner Program.
Partners should generally direct prospective sellers to complete their own AladdinStores registration and enter the Partner’s Referral Code themselves.
Partners must not register a seller or business, or provide personal or business information on their behalf, without the knowledge and appropriate authorization of the seller, business owner or authorized representative.
AladdinStores will not provide Partners with unnecessary personal, financial, account or confidential information concerning referred sellers.
6. Referral Verification & Fraud Prevention
AladdinStores may process relevant information to verify referrals and protect the integrity of the Partner Program, including to:
- Confirm Referral Code usage and referral attribution.
- Identify duplicate, artificial or unauthorized registrations.
- Investigate competing referral claims.
- Detect self-referrals or manipulated referrals.
- Review relevant subscription payments, refunds, reversals, disputes or chargebacks.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse or misuse of the Partner Program.
AladdinStores may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify a referral or investigate suspected misuse.
7. Referral Rewards & Payment Information
Where a Partner becomes eligible for a Referral Reward, AladdinStores may collect and process information reasonably necessary to administer payment, including:
- Partner identification information.
- Payment or bank information.
- Referral Reward amount and eligibility.
- Payment status and history.
- Information required for accounting, verification or legal compliance.
Partners are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information.
8. How We Share Information
AladdinStores does not sell Partner personal information.
Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to:
- Authorized AladdinStores personnel.
- Technology, hosting, form, storage and communications providers.
- Payment and financial service providers where required to process Partner Rewards.
- Professional advisers, including legal, accounting and compliance advisers.
- Government, regulatory, law-enforcement or judicial authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.
- Other parties where reasonably necessary to protect AladdinStores, its users, Partners or legal rights.
Service providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services.

AladdinStores uses reasonable administrative, organizational and technical measures designed to protect Partner information against unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, loss or destruction.
However, no internet transmission, electronic storage system or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Partners should take reasonable precautions when providing or communicating personal, confidential or payment information.
10. Data Retention
AladdinStores may retain Partner application and participation information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Review and administer applications.
- Operate the Partner Program.
- Maintain referral and payment records.
- Resolve disputes.
- Prevent fraud or repeated misuse.
- Maintain appropriate business records.
- Meet legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting obligations.
- Establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Information that is no longer reasonably required will be deleted, anonymized or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable requirements and AladdinStores retention practices.
11. International Data Transfers
AladdinStores operates an online marketplace and may use service providers or technology infrastructure located in different countries.
As a result, Partner information may be processed or stored outside your country of residence.
Where required by applicable law, AladdinStores will use appropriate measures for international transfers of personal information.

AladdinStores may contact applicants and Partners regarding:
- Application status and verification.
- Requests for additional information.
- Approval, rejection and onboarding.
- Referral Codes and referral status.
- Referral Reward eligibility and payments.
- Partner support.
- Program, policy or operational updates.
- Security, fraud or compliance matters.
Necessary administrative and Partner Program communications are separate from optional marketing communications.
Where applicable, recipients may unsubscribe from optional marketing communications using the method provided in the communication.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law and your circumstances, you may have certain rights concerning your personal information, including the right to request:
