Terms governing participation in the AladdinStores Partner Program.
These AladdinStores Partner Program Terms & Conditions (“Partner Terms”) govern participation in the AladdinStores Partner Program by approved Marketplace Ambassadors and Business Partners (“Partners”).
By applying to or participating in the Partner Program, you agree to comply with these Partner Terms and applicable AladdinStores policies.
1. Partner Program
The AladdinStores Partner Program allows approved Partners to introduce genuine prospective sellers and businesses to AladdinStores using an assigned Referral Code.
Eligible referrals may qualify the Partner for a one-time Referral Reward in accordance with these Partner Terms.
Participation in the Partner Program is subject to application, review and approval by AladdinStores.
2. Eligibility & Application
Applicants must:
- Provide complete, accurate and truthful information.
- Meet any applicable Partner Program requirements.
- Apply under the partnership type that best reflects their experience and network.
- Accept these Partner Terms and applicable AladdinStores policies.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
AladdinStores may approve, reject or request additional information regarding an application.
3. Partner Approval & Referral Code
Approved Partners will receive a unique Referral Code and applicable onboarding information.
The Referral Code is assigned to the Partner and must be used responsibly.
Partners must not:
- Transfer or sell their Referral Code.
- Use another Partner’s Referral Code.
- Allow another person to represent themselves as the approved Partner.
- Manipulate or misuse Referral Codes to obtain Referral Rewards.
4. Partner Responsibilities
Partners are expected to:
- Introduce genuine prospective sellers and businesses.
- Provide accurate information about AladdinStores.
- Represent AladdinStores professionally.
- Communicate honestly and responsibly.
- Respect the privacy of businesses and individuals they approach.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Follow these Partner Terms and applicable AladdinStores policies.
Partners must not make false, misleading or deceptive statements about AladdinStores.
5. Independent Partner Status
Partners participate as independent referrers.
Nothing in the Partner Program creates an employment, agency, franchise, partnership, joint venture or similar relationship between a Partner and AladdinStores.
Partners are not authorized to enter into contracts, accept obligations, make commitments or provide guarantees on behalf of AladdinStores unless expressly authorized in writing.
Partners are responsible for their own activities and any applicable personal or business obligations arising from their participation in the Partner Program.
6. Eligible Referred Sellers
A referral must involve a genuine new prospective seller or business that has been introduced to AladdinStores by the Partner.
The referred seller must:
- Be eligible to participate as an AladdinStores seller.
- Provide accurate and truthful registration information.
- Have a genuine intention to use the AladdinStores marketplace.
- Enter the Partner’s Referral Code in the designated Referral Code field during seller registration.
- Subscribe to an eligible paid Standard or Professional Seller Subscription Plan.
- Successfully complete the required two consecutive paid subscription cycles.
- Meet the applicable AladdinStores seller, marketplace and Partner Program requirements.
Eligible referred sellers may include individual sellers, entrepreneurs, home businesses, freelancers, creators, startups, small and medium-sized businesses, established businesses and brands, retailers, online sellers, manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, service providers and other legitimate businesses offering products or services permitted on AladdinStores.
A Referral Code by itself does not guarantee eligibility for a Referral Reward.
7. Referral Attribution
Partners should ensure that referred sellers enter the correct Referral Code during registration.
If a Referral Code is not entered, entered incorrectly or another Partner’s valid Referral Code is used, AladdinStores does not guarantee that the referral can later be attributed to a different Partner.
Where more than one Partner claims the same seller, AladdinStores may review the Referral Code, registration records and other relevant information to determine referral attribution.
A Referral Reward cannot normally be paid more than once for the same eligible referred seller.
8. Referral Reward Qualification
To qualify for a Referral Reward, the referred seller must successfully complete two consecutive paid subscription cycles under an eligible Seller Subscription Plan.
The first successful subscription payment begins the qualification period.
The referred seller must then remain eligible and successfully complete the second consecutive paid subscription cycle.
After the second successful payment, AladdinStores will verify the referral.
Once the applicable requirements are satisfied and the referral passes verification, the Partner becomes eligible for the applicable one-time Referral Reward.
9. Referral Reward Schedule
The current Referral Rewards are:

Referral Rewards are paid once per eligible referred seller and are not recurring monthly commissions.
Partners may earn Referral Rewards from multiple eligible referred sellers.
There are no minimum referral requirements or sales targets.
AladdinStores may update the Referral Reward schedule in accordance with these Partner Terms. Any changes will apply as specified when the updated reward schedule is published or communicated.
10. Genuine Referrals & Prohibited Activity
Referral Rewards are intended exclusively for genuine introductions of legitimate prospective sellers.
Partners must not:
- Refer themselves through additional seller accounts.
- Create fake, fabricated or duplicate seller accounts.
- Register or submit a business without the owner’s or authorized representative’s knowledge and permission.
- Use another person’s or business’s information without authorization.
- Arrange registrations solely to generate Referral Rewards.
- Ask friends, family members, employees, colleagues, associates or business partners to register solely to generate rewards.
- Fund another person’s subscription solely to make an artificial referral qualify.
- Arrange temporary subscriptions intended to be cancelled after qualification.
- Manipulate registrations, identities, Referral Codes or subscription payments.
- Coordinate refunds, reversals, disputes or chargebacks to obtain Referral Rewards.
- Claim a seller genuinely introduced by another Partner.
- Engage in spam, deceptive marketing, fraudulent activity or other manipulation of the Partner Program.
A genuine referral of someone personally or professionally known to the Partner is permitted where the seller operates a legitimate business, genuinely intends to use AladdinStores and independently satisfies the applicable eligibility requirements.
11. Prohibited Sellers, Products & Services
Partners should refer only sellers and businesses whose activities, products and services are permitted on AladdinStores.
Businesses offering prohibited or restricted products, services or activities under applicable AladdinStores policies may be rejected or restricted from selling.
Partners should not represent to prospective sellers that acceptance onto AladdinStores is guaranteed.
Seller eligibility remains subject to applicable AladdinStores marketplace policies and seller requirements.
12. Cancellations, Refunds & Failed Payments
A referral will not qualify for a Referral Reward if the referred seller fails to successfully complete the required two consecutive paid subscription cycles.
Eligibility may also be affected where a qualifying payment:
- Fails.
- Is cancelled.
- Is refunded.
- Is reversed.
- Is disputed or charged back.
- Is associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity.
AladdinStores may withhold or reverse a Referral Reward where the underlying referral or qualifying payment is subsequently determined to be invalid, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible.
13. Subscription Plan Changes
If a referred seller upgrades, downgrades or otherwise changes their subscription during the qualification period, the applicable Referral Reward will be determined according to the seller’s qualifying subscription status and the Partner Program rules applicable to that referral.
Partners must not guarantee a particular Referral Reward before eligibility has been verified.
14. Referral Verification
AladdinStores may review information reasonably necessary to verify a referral, including relevant referral, registration, account and payment information.
AladdinStores may reject a referral or withhold a Referral Reward where the referral does not satisfy the applicable requirements or where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, manipulation, duplication or other prohibited activity.
15. Reward Processing & Payment
Eligible Referral Rewards are processed according to the applicable AladdinStores Partner payout schedule after qualification and verification.
Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment information requested by AladdinStores.
Payment may be delayed where additional verification or payment information is reasonably required.
Partners do not need to request payment each time a referral qualifies. If a Partner believes an eligible reward has not been correctly recorded or processed, the Partner may contact the AladdinStores Partner Team.
16. Marketing & Use of the AladdinStores Brand
Partners may identify themselves as participants in the AladdinStores Partner Program, but must not falsely represent themselves as employees, agents or official representatives of AladdinStores.
Partners must not:
- Make misleading claims about AladdinStores.
- Guarantee seller approval, customers, sales, revenue or profits.
- Create misleading advertisements or promotions.
- Alter or misuse AladdinStores branding.
- Imply an endorsement, authority or relationship beyond their approved Partner status.
Any AladdinStores logos, trademarks or promotional materials must be used in accordance with applicable AladdinStores instructions.
17. Privacy & Confidentiality
Partners must respect the privacy of prospective sellers and businesses and must not collect, use, disclose or share personal or business information without appropriate authorization.
Any information provided to Partners by AladdinStores that is identified as confidential or would reasonably be understood to be confidential must not be improperly disclosed or used.
Personal information processed by AladdinStores is subject to the applicable AladdinStores Privacy Policy.
18. Suspension or Termination
AladdinStores may suspend, restrict or terminate a Partner’s participation where the Partner:
- Violates these Partner Terms.
- Engages in fraud or manipulation.
- Provides false or misleading information.
- Misuses Referral Codes.
- Engages in spam or deceptive promotion.
- Creates or facilitates fake or unauthorized registrations.
- Misrepresents their relationship with AladdinStores.
- Engages in conduct that materially harms AladdinStores, its users or the integrity of the Partner Program.
Termination may result in the loss of Referral Rewards associated with referrals that are fraudulent, invalid, unverified or otherwise ineligible.
Any Referral Rewards already validly earned before termination will be handled in accordance with these Partner Terms and applicable law.
19. Changes to the Partner Program
AladdinStores may modify the Partner Program, Referral Reward schedule, eligibility requirements, procedures or these Partner Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be published or otherwise communicated as appropriate.
Changes will apply prospectively unless a different application is required by law or expressly stated.
Partners who continue participating after applicable changes take effect will be subject to the updated Partner Terms.
20. No Guarantee of Earnings
Participation in the Partner Program does not guarantee any particular level of referrals, earnings or income.
Referral Rewards depend on eligible referred sellers successfully satisfying the applicable qualification requirements.
Partners are responsible for deciding how much time and effort they wish to devote to participating in the program.
21. Limitation of Authority
Partners have no authority to:
- Bind AladdinStores to any agreement.
- Negotiate contractual terms on behalf of AladdinStores.
- Collect marketplace payments on behalf of AladdinStores unless expressly authorized.
- Make guarantees or warranties on behalf of AladdinStores.
- Represent that they possess authority beyond their approved Partner role.
22. Partner Program Decisions
AladdinStores may review applications, referral attribution, eligibility and Referral Reward qualification in accordance with these Partner Terms.
Where additional information is reasonably required to assess a referral or payment, AladdinStores may request supporting information from the Partner or referred seller.
23. Applicable AladdinStores Policies
Participation in the Partner Program is also subject, where applicable, to AladdinStores policies referenced by these Partner Terms, including the Privacy Policy, marketplace policies and other applicable platform terms.
If there is a conflict specifically concerning Partner Program eligibility or Referral Rewards, these Partner Program Terms & Conditions will govern the Partner Program matter unless otherwise stated.
