♥ STAMP INFORMATION ♥
1. WOOD STAMP SIZE: wood hand stamps are a 1 3/4″ x 1 3/4″ impression area.
2. SELF INKING STAMP SIZE: self inking stamps are a 1 1/2″ x 1 1/2″ in diameter impression area.
3. The self-inking stamps are Colop models – which will last, literally, for thousands and thousands of impressions.
4. Wood stamps do not come with an ink pad unless that stamp type is chosen in the drop down.
○ Wood stamps are made from maple wood and laser-etched renewable resource grey rubber.
○ Self-inking stamp is available with different color ink. Self-inking stamps are made from post-consumer recycled plastic, and laser-etched renewable resource rubber.

When Buyer Has the Right to Request a Refund

5. Order cancelled but payment deducted
o If your order was cancelled and you were still charged.
6. Duplicate payment or system error
o If you were charged twice for the same order.
7. Seller did not ship on time
o If the Seller fails to ship within the promised handling time.
8. Return approved but no refund received
