When Buyer Has the Right to Request a Refund

1.      Product not received

o   The item never arrived or the tracking number shows no valid updates.

2.      Item not as described

o   You received the wrong item, size, color, or model.

3.      Item fitting Issue

o   For clothes/shoes items doesn’t not fit, size is small and other fitting reasons.

4.      Damaged or defective item

o   The product arrived broken, incomplete, or not working.

o   Provide clear photo or video evidence within 48–72 hours of delivery.

5.      Order cancelled but payment deducted

o   If your order was cancelled and you were still charged.

6.      Duplicate payment or system error

o   If you were charged twice for the same order.

7.      Seller did not ship on time

o   If the Seller fails to ship within the promised handling time.

8.      Return approved but no refund received

o   If you returned an item and provided proof but haven’t been refunded.
