To maintain a safe, professional, and trusted marketplace, AladdinStores strictly prohibits the sale of specific products, services, and listings. Our platform is built on principles of integrity, transparency, and strict adherence to Islamic commercial ethics (Sharia), public decency, and legal honesty.
للحفاظ على سوق آمن واحترافي وموثوق، يحظر “علاء الدين ستورز” تماماً بيع منتجات أو خدمات محددة. منصتنا مبنية على مبادئ النزاهة والشفافية والالتزام الصارم بأخلاقيات التجارة الإسلامية (الشريعة)، والآداب العامة، والأمانة القانونية.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring all listings comply with local laws and Sharia-compliant standards. Sellers are obligated to adhere to all AladdinStores marketplace policies and guidelines. Items violating these rules may be removed without notice. يتحمل البائعون مسؤولية ضمان امتثال جميع القوائم للقوانين المحلية ومعايير الشريعة الإسلامية. كما يلتزم البائعون بالتقيد بجميع سياسات وإرشادات متجر “علاء الدين ستورز”. قد يتم إزالة المواد التي تخالف هذه القواعد دون إشعار مسبق.
1. Racism, Hate Speech & Human Rights | العنصرية، خطاب الكراهية وحقوق الإنسان
- Discrimination | التمييز: Content promoting hatred, violence, or degradation based on race, religion, nationality, disability, gender, or ethnicity.
- Extremist Groups | الجماعات المتطرفة: Items supporting, glorifying, or commemorating extremist organizations or their leaders.
- Human Dignity | الكرامة الإنسانية: Zero tolerance for human trafficking, exploitation, or the sale of human remains.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership | الملكية الفكرية وحقوق الملكية
- Counterfeit Goods | البضائع المقلدة: Unauthorized replicas, “knock-offs,” and fake luxury goods.
- Unauthorized Reselling | البيع غير المصرح به: Sellers must have the legal right to sell. Unauthorized dropshipping or selling items not in your physical possession is forbidden.
- Digital Piracy | القرصنة الرقمية: Cracked software, pirated movies, or unauthorized digital files.
- Stolen Property | الممتلكات المسروقة: Sale of items acquired through theft, fraud, or any unlawful means.
3. Sharia-Compliant & Ethical Prohibitions | المحظورات الشرعية والأخلاقية
- Alcohol & Intoxicants | الكحول والمسكرات: All alcoholic beverages, brewing equipment, and alcohol-based extracts.
- Non-Halal Products | المنتجات غير الحلال: Pork and its derivatives (gelatin, lard, oils) or any food containing prohibited (Haram) substances.
- Gambling & Uncertainty (Gharar) | القمار والميسر والغرر: Betting services, lottery tickets, and “Blind Boxes” or “Loot Boxes” where the contents are unknown to the buyer.
- Interest-Based Finance (Riba) | الربا والخدمات المالية: Financial products involving interest, payday loans, or conventional lending.
- Occult & Mockery | السحر والاستهزاء: Materials related to witchcraft, fortune-telling, or content that mocks religious beliefs, figures, and symbols.
- Instruments & Music | الموسيقى والآلات: Musical instruments and professional DJ equipment.
4. Public Decency & Modesty | الآداب العامة والاحتشام
- Adult Products | المنتجات المخصصة للبالغين: Explicit content, escort services, or dating applications.
- Zero-Tolerance for Nudity | منع العري التام: Any imagery containing human nudity (no exceptions for art/education).
- Modest Imaging | الصور اللائقة: All product photos must be professional, modest, and appropriate for a general audience.
5. Weapons, Tech & Public Safety | الأسلحة والتقنيات والسلامة العامة
- Prohibited Weapons | الأسلحة المحظورة: Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and realistic imitation weapons.
- Spying & Surveillance | أجهزة التجسس: Concealed cameras, bugging equipment, and high-intensity laser pointers.
- Regulated Tech | التكنولوجيا الخاضعة للرقابة: Drones and radio-controlled aircraft (unless required permits are provided).
- Law Evasion | التهرب من القانون: Radar detectors, license plate covers, and materials to falsify government documents.
6. Regulated, Financial & Hazardous Goods | السلع الخاضعة للرقابة والمواد المالية والخطرة
- Health & Narcotics | الصحة والمخدرات: Narcotics, unlicensed medicines, unauthorized supplements, and all tobacco/vape products.
- Financial & Valuable Instruments | الأموال والمقتنيات الثمينة: Cash, legal tender, gift cards, and Bullion (Gold/Silver bars).
- Safety Recalls | السلع المستردة: Any product subject to a safety recall by a manufacturer or government agency.
- Cultural & National Heritage | التراث الثقافي والوطني: Artifacts, antiquities, and items from restricted or boycotted regions.
- Environment | البيئة: Products from endangered species (Ivory, exotic skins) and hazardous chemicals.
Compliance with Prohibited Products Policy: The Seller represents and warrants that they shall not list, market, or sell any items that are restricted or prohibited by AladdinStores. The Seller acknowledges their responsibility to regularly review the Prohibited Items Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Failure to comply may result in immediate listing removal, account suspension, or funds withholding

Failure to comply with these standards represents a breach of the Seller Agreement and may result in:

- Immediate Removal | حذف القائمة فوراً: Deletion of listings without prior notice.
- Account Termination | إغلاق الحساب: Temporary suspension or permanent ban from the platform.
- Funds Withholding | تجميد الأرباح: Freezing pending payouts for legal or internal investigation.
- Legal Reporting | الإبلاغ القانوني: Full cooperation with local and international authorities.
- International Compliance | الامتثال الدولي: Responsibility for customs, permits, and cross-border laws lies solely with the buyer and seller.
