How to Create an Aladdin Account?

Registration is free. Once you have a confirmed aladdinstores account, you’ll be able to:
- Add items to your favourites
- Post in the community
- Add store, product and sell it.
If you don’t see a confirmation email
If you don’t see a confirmation email from aladdinstores:
- Check to make sure that it hasn’t ended up in your spam or junk mail folder
- If you’re using Gmail, check your Social and Promotions tabs
- Add sales@aladdinstores.com to your email contacts and try sending the confirmation again.
How to sign in to your new account
Go to https://www.aladdinstores.com/my-account/ and select Sign in.
When you’re ready, add a profile picture and fill out your bio on your account Profile page.
Why can’t I create an account?
Keep in mind you can check out as a guest instead of creating an account, if you want to purchase on aladdinstores.
If you can’t create an account, it may be due to a firewall on your internet connection preventing access to certain websites and functions. For example, libraries, businesses, or public Wi-Fi may have restrictions on what you can do on their connection.
Please try creating an account from a different internet connection, or, if you’re using a mobile device, try using your mobile data plan to access aladdinstores.
If the problem persists, it’s possible the email address won’t be able to be used to create an aladdinstores account.
I Can’t Sign In to My Account
If you’re having trouble signing in to your Aladdin account, you can reset your password:
My account was suspended by Aladdin
If your account was suspended by aladdin, you’ll have to resolve the issue before you can have full access to your account again. In most cases, you can find the reason for your account suspension in an email from aladdin.
I have the correct username and password, but still can’t sign in
If you believe you’re entering the correct email address and password but still can’t sign in, it’s possible your web browser is out of date and try after sometime.
