  • RFQ Responsiveness: Professional buyers require speed. Respond to Request for Quotation (RFQ) inquiries within 12–24 hours with finalized pricing and lead times.
  • Wholesale Accuracy: Consistently update bulk pricing tiers and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) to prevent cancellations on high-value deals.
  • Auction & Collectibles Integrity: Auctions are a legal promise. Ensure starting bids and reserve prices are final before going live. Fair Play is mandatory: Never artificially inflate bids or manipulate the bidding system.
2. Retail, C2C & Listing Excellence
  • Visual Excellence: Upload high-resolution images from multiple angles. Use scale-reference objects to show true proportions. For one-of-a-kind or vintage items, photos must show the actual item the buyer will receive.

    • Packaging & Courier Selection: Use professional-grade packaging and reliable courier services to ensure items arrive safely and meet or beat estimated delivery dates.
    • Handling Time: Process and pack orders within your promised timeframe, whether you are shipping a single game or a full wholesale container.
    • Tracking & Communication: You must provide valid tracking for every transaction. Proactively notify buyers once their order has been dispatched to ensure peace of mind.
    • Defined Shipping Policies: To ensure a seamless experience, every seller must publish clear shipping terms on their profile. Your policy must explicitly cover:
      • Fulfillment Methods: Specify your available options, such as Standard Courier, Express Shipping, or Local “Click & Collect.”
      • Service Areas: Clearly define your shipping zones—whether you serve only Local regions, the GCC/Africa, or provide International shipping.
      • Delivery Timeframes: Provide an estimated “Total Delivery Time,” which includes both your internal Handling Time (processing) and the Courier Transit Time.
      • Shipping Costs: Transparently list flat-rate fees, weight-based calculations, or threshold amounts for free shipping to avoid checkout confusion.
