These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the AladdinStores marketplace, websites, subdomains, services, applications, seller services, Partner Programs, marketplace features and related services operated by or on behalf of AladdinStores (“AladdinStores,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, registering for, purchasing through, selling through, applying to participate in, or otherwise using AladdinStores, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use AladdinStores.

AladdinStores operates as a global online multivendor marketplace and e-commerce platform connecting independent buyers, sellers, businesses, service providers, professionals, Partners and other marketplace participants.

These Terms apply to the AladdinStores Marketplace and, where applicable, authorized AladdinStores websites, services and subdomains, including the AladdinStores Partner Program.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, applicable Buyer and Seller Terms, and the other AladdinStores policies referenced below.

1. About These Terms

These Terms establish the general rules governing use of AladdinStores.

Additional terms and policies apply to particular users, transactions, products, services and marketplace features.

Where applicable, these Terms incorporate those additional policies by reference.

If a specialized AladdinStores policy applies to a particular marketplace feature, product, service or transaction, that specialized policy should be read together with these Terms.

Where there is a conflict, mandatory applicable law will prevail. Subject to mandatory law, more specific AladdinStores terms may govern the particular service or transaction to which they relate.

2. About AladdinStores

AladdinStores provides technology and marketplace services enabling independent users to discover, list, market, purchase, sell and transact in relation to eligible products and services.

Marketplace features may include:

physical products;
digital products and downloads;
customized and personalized products;
handmade and creative products;
fashion and beauty;
jewelry and watches;
luxury and high-value goods;
automotive products;
vehicles;
auto parts and accessories;
real estate;
professional and freelance services;
bookable services;
auctions;
wholesale;
B2B transactions;
Requests for Quotation (RFQ);
industrial and commercial products;
business equipment;
agricultural products and equipment;
approved food and beverage products;
seller subscriptions;
seller advertising;
promotions;
Partner Programs; and
other categories or services approved by AladdinStores.

The availability of particular features may vary by country, seller, account, subscription plan or applicable law.

3. Marketplace Role

AladdinStores primarily operates as a multivendor marketplace intermediary.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular product or service, products and services offered through AladdinStores are listed and supplied by independent sellers or service providers.

AladdinStores generally does not:

manufacture sellers’ products;
own sellers’ inventory;
independently inspect every product before listing;
independently provide every service listed on the marketplace;
act as the seller of every marketplace product; or
guarantee every statement made by an independent seller.

The seller remains responsible for the legality, accuracy, safety, quality, authenticity, availability, fulfillment and delivery of its products or services, subject to applicable AladdinStores protections and policies.

AladdinStores may nevertheless:

establish marketplace rules;
review sellers;
verify accounts;
moderate listings;
facilitate payments;
provide Buyer Protection;
administer disputes;
remove prohibited content;
suspend users;
facilitate refunds;
provide marketplace support; and
take other actions necessary to operate and protect the marketplace.

4. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account or using AladdinStores, you confirm that:

you have read these Terms;
you agree to be bound by these Terms;
information you provide will be truthful and accurate;
you will comply with applicable AladdinStores policies; and
you will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Where you use AladdinStores on behalf of a company, organization or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

5. Eligibility and Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to enter into the transactions and agreements you undertake through AladdinStores.

Seller accounts generally require the seller or authorized representative to be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

Additional age, licensing, professional, regulatory or verification requirements may apply to particular products, services or jurisdictions.

A person lacking legal capacity must not independently enter into transactions for which legal capacity is required.

6. Accounts and Registration

Certain marketplace features require an AladdinStores account.

Users must provide accurate, current and complete information.

Users must not:

impersonate another person;
create accounts using false identities;
provide misleading business information;
create unauthorized accounts for another person;
use accounts for fraudulent purposes;
create duplicate accounts to evade restrictions;
manipulate referrals, promotions or subscriptions; or
circumvent account enforcement.

AladdinStores may require email, mobile, OTP, identity or business verification.

7. Account Security

Users are responsible for protecting:

passwords;
OTP codes;
authentication information;
devices used to access accounts; and
other account-security credentials.

Users must promptly notify AladdinStores if they reasonably suspect unauthorized account access.

AladdinStores may temporarily restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect the user, marketplace or other participants.

8. Identity and Business Verification

AladdinStores may require identity, business, seller, professional or transaction verification.

Verification may include:

government identification;
proof of address;
commercial registration;
business registration;
company documents;
beneficial ownership information;
bank information;
tax or VAT information;
professional licences;
regulatory permits;
vehicle documents;
real estate ownership or authorization documents; and
other reasonably necessary documentation.

AladdinStores may approve, reject, suspend or request additional verification where reasonably necessary.

Verification does not constitute an AladdinStores guarantee regarding a person’s financial condition, product quality, professional competence or future conduct.

9. Buyers

Buyers must:

provide accurate order information;
provide valid payment information;
provide accurate shipping information;
review product or service descriptions;
comply with transaction requirements;
communicate honestly;
avoid fraudulent disputes or chargebacks;
comply with marketplace policies; and
use AladdinStores lawfully.

10. Sellers

Sellers are independent marketplace participants responsible for their stores, listings and transactions.

Sellers must:

provide accurate seller information;
complete required verification;
comply with applicable laws;
obtain required licences and permissions;
accurately describe products and services;
provide truthful photographs and information;
accurately display prices;
maintain appropriate availability information;
fulfill valid orders;
meet applicable shipping or service obligations;
communicate professionally with buyers;
honor applicable return, refund and warranty obligations;
protect buyer information;
comply with intellectual-property rights;
pay applicable fees;
comply with marketplace policies; and
cooperate with legitimate AladdinStores investigations.

11. Marketplace Listings

Listings must be accurate, lawful and not misleading.

Sellers are responsible for information including:

titles;
descriptions;
specifications;
images;
videos;
prices;
discounts;
availability;
condition;
authenticity;
dimensions;
materials;
safety information;
delivery information;
service terms;
customization information;
booking conditions;
applicable warranty information; and
other material details.

AladdinStores may edit the technical presentation, categorize, restrict, reject, hide or remove listings where reasonably necessary for marketplace operation or policy compliance.

12. Product and Service Categories

AladdinStores may support a broad range of lawful products and services, including physical products, digital products, customized products, services, B2B products, vehicles, real estate, jewelry, luxury goods, industrial products and other approved categories.

The presence of a marketplace category does not mean that every product within that category is automatically permitted.

Sellers remain responsible for ensuring that every listing complies with applicable law and AladdinStores policies.

13. Prohibited and Restricted Products and Services

Users must not list, purchase, sell, promote or facilitate prohibited products, services or activities.

These may include:

illegal goods or services;
counterfeit, fake or unauthorized replica products;
stolen goods;
illegal drugs and controlled substances;
prohibited weapons;
prohibited firearms or ammunition;
explosives;
fraudulent products or services;
unlawful gambling products or services;
human exploitation or trafficking;
illegal sexual services or explicit prohibited content;
prohibited hazardous products;
illegal wildlife products;
unlawful financial schemes;
products violating intellectual-property rights;
products or activities prohibited by applicable sanctions;
alcohol where prohibited by AladdinStores;
pork products where prohibited by AladdinStores;
non-halal meat where prohibited by AladdinStores; and
other products, services or activities prohibited under AladdinStores rules or applicable law.

AladdinStores may remove listings, reject transactions, restrict sellers or terminate accounts for violations.

14. Orders and Transactions

An order submitted through AladdinStores may be subject to:

payment authorization;
seller acceptance where applicable;
AladdinStores review;
fraud screening;
verification;
availability;
legal requirements; and
applicable marketplace policies.

Submission of an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.

Orders may be rejected, cancelled, placed on hold or reviewed where reasonably necessary.

15. Prices, Taxes and Charges

Sellers are responsible for setting accurate prices unless AladdinStores expressly determines otherwise for a particular service.

Prices should include applicable seller-side taxes such as VAT where required by the applicable marketplace pricing rules.

Shipping, delivery, customs, import duties or other charges may be shown separately where applicable.

Users remain responsible for taxes, duties or other charges imposed on them under applicable law.

AladdinStores may collect, calculate, withhold or remit taxes where legally required.

16. Payments

Available payment methods may include:

payment cards;
PayPal;
Stripe-supported payment methods;
bank transfer;
other approved payment methods.

Availability varies by country and transaction.

AladdinStores may use third-party payment providers.

Payments may be subject to authorization, verification, anti-fraud controls and payment-provider terms.

Manual bank-transfer orders may remain On Hold until funds have been received and verified by AladdinStores.

17. Saved Payment Methods and Recurring Payments

Where supported, users may be required or permitted to save an eligible payment method through an authorized payment provider.

Payment providers may use secure payment tokens rather than AladdinStores storing complete card credentials directly.

Where a user purchases a recurring seller subscription or another recurring service, the user authorizes applicable recurring charges according to the relevant subscription terms.

Saved payment methods may also be available for authorized marketplace purchases such as:

subscription renewals;
subscription upgrades;
seller advertising;
promotional services; and
other paid AladdinStores services.

18. Seller Payouts and Withdrawals

Seller payouts may be subject to:

payment clearance;
transaction completion;
applicable holding periods;
refunds;
disputes;
chargebacks;
fraud checks;
account verification;
applicable fees;
minimum withdrawal requirements; and
other marketplace controls.

AladdinStores may temporarily delay a payout where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, disputes, chargebacks, regulatory concerns or account irregularities.

19. Seller Subscription Plans

AladdinStores may offer free and paid seller subscription plans.

Plans may differ in:

product limits;
marketplace fees;
features;
analytics;
advertising tools;
booking capabilities;
auctions;
customization;
support;
other marketplace functionality.

Plan features, pricing and eligibility may change prospectively.

Paid subscriptions may automatically renew where disclosed and authorized.

Cancellation does not ordinarily reverse charges already validly incurred unless required by applicable law or the applicable subscription terms.

20. Advertising and Promotions

AladdinStores may offer sellers advertising, promoted listings, featured placements and other marketing opportunities.

Advertising does not guarantee:

views;
clicks;
sales;
inquiries;
rankings;
revenue; or
other commercial results.

Advertisements must comply with applicable law and AladdinStores policies.

21. Shipping and Delivery

Sellers are responsible for meeting applicable shipping and delivery obligations unless a different fulfillment arrangement is expressly provided.

Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

carriers;
customs;
weather;
incorrect addresses;
seller delays;
cross-border processing;
force majeure;
other circumstances.

22. Returns, Refunds and Warranties

Returns, refunds, cancellations and warranties may depend on:

product category;
transaction type;
seller obligations;
product condition;
reason for return;
applicable law;
marketplace policy.

Certain categories may have specialized return restrictions, including digital products, customized products, services and other legally permitted exceptions.

23. Buyer Protection

AladdinStores may provide Buyer Protection for eligible transactions.

Buyer Protection is subject to applicable:

eligibility requirements;
evidence requirements;
deadlines;
exclusions;
transaction requirements; and
marketplace policies.

Buyer Protection must not be abused to obtain improper refunds, retain products without payment or make fraudulent claims.

24. Digital Products

Digital products may include downloads, files, software, digital content or other electronically supplied products permitted by AladdinStores.

Sellers must possess appropriate rights to distribute digital content.

Unauthorized, infringing, malicious or illegal digital content is prohibited.

Special refund or cancellation rules may apply once digital delivery or access begins, subject to applicable law.

25. Customized and Personalized Products

Sellers offering customized or personalized products must clearly describe:

customization options;
customer-input requirements;
production times;
pricing;
proof or approval processes where applicable;
cancellation restrictions; and
return limitations.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate customization information.

26. Bookable Services

Bookable services may include appointments, reservations and other eligible scheduled services.

Service providers are responsible for:

availability;
qualifications;
service descriptions;
pricing;
appointments;
applicable licences;
cancellation conditions; and
performance of the service.

27. Professional and Freelance Services

AladdinStores may permit eligible professional and freelance services.

Providers are responsible for their qualifications, claims, deliverables, legal compliance and professional obligations.

Unless expressly stated, AladdinStores does not certify professional competence merely because a provider is listed on the marketplace.

28. Auctions

Eligible sellers may offer products through marketplace auctions.

Auction participants must comply with applicable bidding and payment requirements.

Manipulated bidding, fake bids, collusive bidding or other auction abuse is prohibited.

A winning bid may create a binding purchase obligation subject to applicable auction terms and law.

29. Wholesale, B2B and RFQ

AladdinStores may facilitate wholesale, business-to-business and Request for Quotation transactions.

B2B participants are responsible for conducting appropriate commercial due diligence.

RFQs and quotations may address:

quantities;
pricing;
specifications;
shipping;
lead times;
payment conditions;
commercial terms.

30. Vehicle Marketplace

AladdinStores may facilitate vehicle listings and transactions but does not replace independent vehicle inspection, title verification or legal due diligence.

Sellers must accurately disclose relevant vehicle information.

Buyers should independently verify:

ownership;
registration;
vehicle identification;
condition;
accident history where available;
financing or liens;
legal status; and
other material information.

31. Auto Parts and Accessories

Sellers of auto parts and accessories must accurately identify relevant:

compatibility;
specifications;
condition;
manufacturer information;
safety information;
installation requirements.

Buyers remain responsible for confirming suitability for their vehicle where appropriate.

32. Real Estate Marketplace

AladdinStores may provide marketplace services for eligible real estate listings.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, AladdinStores is not the property owner, landlord, developer, surveyor, valuer or legal adviser merely because a property is listed.

Sellers, landlords, agents or authorized representatives must have lawful authority to advertise the property.

Buyers, tenants and investors should conduct appropriate legal, financial and physical due diligence before entering a transaction.

33. Luxury and High-Value Transactions

Luxury and high-value products may be subject to additional:

verification;
authenticity requirements;
seller checks;
payment controls;
fraud checks;
shipping requirements;
insurance requirements; and
transaction review.

Sellers must accurately represent authenticity, condition, provenance and other material characteristics.

34. Industrial, Commercial and Agricultural Marketplace

Industrial, commercial, business and agricultural products may be subject to specialized safety, licensing, import/export, transportation, installation or regulatory requirements.

Sellers are responsible for determining whether they may lawfully sell and ship such products.

Buyers are responsible for determining whether products are suitable for their intended professional, commercial, industrial or agricultural use.

35. Food and Regulated Products

Food, beverages, cosmetics, health-related products and other regulated consumer products may only be listed where permitted by AladdinStores and applicable law.

Sellers are responsible for applicable:

licensing;
product registration;
ingredients;
labeling;
allergens;
expiry dates;
storage;
safety;
transport;
regulatory approvals.

AladdinStores may prohibit categories even where they may be lawful in some jurisdictions.

36. Marketplace Communications

Users must use marketplace communications professionally and lawfully.

Users must not use communications for:

harassment;
threats;
fraud;
spam;
phishing;
unlawful solicitation;
malware;
prohibited content;
improper collection of personal information.

AladdinStores may investigate communications where permitted and reasonably necessary for safety, disputes, fraud prevention or policy enforcement.

37. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine experiences.

Users must not:

purchase fake reviews;
create fake reviews;
manipulate ratings;
threaten users over reviews;
exchange undisclosed compensation for deceptive reviews; or
publish unlawful or abusive content.

38. User and Seller Content

Users may submit:

listings;
photographs;
videos;
logos;
store banners;
descriptions;
reviews;
comments;
messages;
other content.

Users retain ownership of their content to the extent they own it.

Users must possess the necessary rights to submit and authorize use of such content.

39. Licence to Marketplace Content

By submitting content intended for marketplace display, operation or promotion, you grant AladdinStores a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, for the period reasonably necessary to provide, operate and promote AladdinStores and subject to applicable law, to:

host;
store;
reproduce;
display;
publish;
format;
resize;
technically adapt;
distribute;
communicate;
promote; and
use such content in connection with AladdinStores and legitimate marketplace marketing.

This may include use of seller:

store names;
logos;
banners;
product images;
product videos;
descriptions;
listing information; and
publicly displayed marketplace content.

This licence does not transfer ownership of the seller’s underlying intellectual property to AladdinStores.

AladdinStores’ use of content remains subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

40. Intellectual Property

The AladdinStores name, marketplace design, logos, trademarks, software and other AladdinStores-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Users may not misuse AladdinStores intellectual property.

Sellers must not list products or content that unlawfully infringe third-party rights.

AladdinStores may remove allegedly infringing material and take appropriate account action.

41. Social Media and External Channels

AladdinStores may promote marketplace sellers, stores, listings and services through legitimate:

social-media platforms;
search engines;
advertisements;
newsletters;
emails;
messaging services;
Partner campaigns;
other promotional channels.

Sellers may promote their legitimate AladdinStores stores and listing links through their own lawful social media, websites, advertising, QR codes and other marketing channels.

Sellers may truthfully use statements such as:

“Shop our store on AladdinStores.”

“Available on AladdinStores.”

“Find us on AladdinStores.com.”

Sellers must not falsely represent themselves as AladdinStores or imply authorization, employment, agency, certification or endorsement that does not exist.

42. External Transaction Diversion

Users must not improperly circumvent AladdinStores.

Where prohibited under applicable marketplace rules, sellers must not deliberately use AladdinStores to identify or acquire a buyer and then move the transaction outside the marketplace for the purpose of avoiding:

marketplace fees;
subscriptions;
transaction requirements;
Buyer Protection;
payment controls; or
other AladdinStores requirements.

Legitimate seller promotion of an AladdinStores store through external channels is permitted subject to applicable policies.

43. Partner Program

AladdinStores may operate Partner Programs that enable approved persons or businesses to refer eligible sellers or businesses to AladdinStores.

Participation is subject to application, review and approval.

Acceptance is not guaranteed.

Partners are independent participants and are not employees, agents, franchisees or legal representatives of AladdinStores unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

44. Marketplace Ambassadors

Marketplace Ambassadors may introduce entrepreneurs, freelancers, creators, home businesses, small businesses and other eligible sellers to AladdinStores.

Ambassadors must comply with applicable referral, marketing, branding and conduct rules.

45. Business Partners

Business Partners may introduce established businesses and other eligible commercial sellers to AladdinStores.

Business Partners must comply with applicable Partner verification, referral, marketing and conduct requirements.

46. Referral Codes

Approved Partners may receive a unique Referral Code.

Referral eligibility is subject to the Partner Program Terms.

Among other requirements:

referrals must be genuine;
self-referrals are prohibited;
duplicate referrals may be rejected;
fake or unauthorized registrations are prohibited;
manipulated transactions, refunds or chargebacks are prohibited;
spam is prohibited;
false earnings or success guarantees are prohibited;
only eligible referrals qualify for payment.

Where applicable, referral earnings become payable only after the applicable eligibility requirements have been completed, including required paid subscription cycles.

47. Community Conduct

Users must treat other marketplace participants appropriately.

Prohibited conduct may include:

harassment;
discrimination prohibited by applicable law;
threats;
fraud;
impersonation;
abusive communications;
spam;
manipulation;
exploitation;
illegal activity;
privacy violations;
intellectual-property infringement;
marketplace interference.

48. Fraud and Marketplace Abuse

AladdinStores may investigate activity including:

account fraud;
payment fraud;
identity fraud;
seller fraud;
buyer fraud;
fraudulent refunds;
chargeback abuse;
referral manipulation;
review manipulation;
auction manipulation;
counterfeit activity;
false listings;
account takeover;
transaction manipulation;
improper marketplace circumvention.

AladdinStores may use automated and manual fraud-prevention systems.

49. Account Restrictions and Suspension

AladdinStores may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary because of:

suspected fraud;
policy violations;
legal requirements;
security risks;
unpaid marketplace amounts;
chargebacks;
prohibited listings;
verification failure;
intellectual-property violations;
misuse of buyer information;
marketplace abuse;
threats to marketplace integrity.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, users may be provided an opportunity to respond or provide information.

50. Account Termination

AladdinStores may terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations.

Termination may result in loss of access to:

seller dashboards;
marketplace listings;
Partner tools;
advertising;
subscriptions;
other marketplace features.

Termination does not eliminate obligations already incurred.

AladdinStores may retain information after termination where permitted or required under the Privacy Policy.

51. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information is processed in accordance with the:

Users, sellers and Partners must respect other users’ privacy.

Personal information obtained through AladdinStores must not be:

sold without authorization;
publicly disclosed without lawful justification;
used for unrelated marketing without appropriate permission;
harvested;
misused;
transferred for unlawful purposes.

52. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

AladdinStores may use cookies and similar technologies for:

essential marketplace functionality;
authentication;
preferences;
analytics;
personalization;
advertising;
security.

53. Third-Party Services

AladdinStores may integrate or link to third-party services including:

payment processors;

advertising services;

54. Platform Availability and Changes

AladdinStores may:

add features;
remove features;
modify features;
conduct maintenance;
update marketplace functionality;
change technical requirements;
modify seller tools.

AladdinStores does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, third-party services or circumstances outside reasonable control.

55. No Guarantee of Marketplace Results

AladdinStores does not guarantee any seller or Partner:

sales volume;
revenue;
profit;
customer numbers;
website traffic;
search ranking;
advertising performance;
referral earnings;
business success.

Marketplace performance depends on numerous factors outside AladdinStores’ control.

56. Seller Responsibility

Independent sellers remain responsible for their:

products;
services;
listings;
pricing;
inventory;
legal compliance;
licences;
taxes;
product safety;
authenticity;
intellectual-property rights;
fulfillment;
shipping;
customer obligations;
warranties;
professional obligations.

AladdinStores’ approval of an account or listing does not transfer these responsibilities to AladdinStores.

57. Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for:

reviewing listings;
providing accurate information;
choosing appropriate products or services;
conducting appropriate due diligence for high-value transactions;
complying with payment obligations;
inspecting products where reasonably necessary;
complying with applicable law.

Additional buyer protections may apply under mandatory consumer law and the Buyer Protection Policy.

58. Disputes Between Marketplace Users

Buyers and sellers should first attempt to resolve transaction issues through applicable marketplace support and dispute processes.

AladdinStores may:

request evidence;
review communications;
review transaction information;
request seller or buyer responses;
facilitate resolutions;
issue or facilitate refunds where authorized;
restrict accounts where appropriate.

AladdinStores’ marketplace dispute process does not prevent rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

59. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AladdinStores is provided on an “as available” basis.

AladdinStores does not warrant that:

every seller statement is accurate;
every product will meet every buyer expectation;
every seller will continuously remain available;
every third-party service will operate without interruption;
every transaction will be completed;
every user will comply with marketplace rules.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

60. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AladdinStores will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive losses arising from marketplace use where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

This may include loss of:

profits;
revenue;
business opportunity;
goodwill;
anticipated savings;
data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

61. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless AladdinStores and its applicable officers, directors, employees and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from the user’s:

unlawful conduct;
breach of these Terms;
violation of third-party rights;
prohibited listings;
intellectual-property infringement;
fraudulent activity;
misuse of personal information;
products or services;
violation of applicable law.

This provision applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

62. Compliance With Laws

Users are responsible for complying with laws applicable to their activities.

Depending on the transaction, these may include:

consumer protection;
e-commerce;
tax;
VAT;
customs;
import/export;
product safety;
intellectual property;
advertising;
privacy;
professional licensing;
financial regulations;
real estate;
automotive;
food safety;
sanctions;
other applicable laws.

63. International Use

AladdinStores is intended to support international marketplace activity.

Products or services available in one country may be unavailable or prohibited in another.

Users are responsible for complying with applicable local laws relating to:

buying;
selling;
importing;
exporting;
customs;
taxation;
licensing;
product restrictions.

AladdinStores may restrict services in particular countries or territories where legally or operationally necessary.

64. Sanctions and Restricted Parties

Users must not use AladdinStores in violation of applicable trade, sanctions or export-control laws.

AladdinStores may restrict accounts, payments or transactions where necessary to comply with applicable legal restrictions.

Users must not knowingly use AladdinStores to facilitate transactions involving prohibited parties or prohibited jurisdictions where doing so would violate applicable law.

65. Electronic Communications

By using AladdinStores, users agree that communications may be provided electronically where legally permitted.

These may include:

account notices;
order confirmations;
payment notices;
seller communications;
policy notices;
security alerts;
legal notices;
Partner communications.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.

66. Changes to These Terms

AladdinStores may update these Terms to reflect:

marketplace changes;
new features;
legal requirements;
regulatory developments;
security requirements;
operational changes.

The current version will display an updated Last Updated date.

Where legally required, AladdinStores will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes take effect.

67. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary where legally permitted.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

68. No Waiver

Failure by AladdinStores to immediately enforce a provision does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or any other right.

69. Assignment

Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without AladdinStores’ prior written consent where such restriction is legally permitted.

AladdinStores may assign its rights and obligations as part of a merger, restructuring, sale, corporate reorganization or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

70. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable AladdinStores policies, transaction terms and additional terms incorporated by reference, constitute the applicable agreement concerning use of AladdinStores.

Specific services may be subject to additional agreements.

71. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and use of AladdinStores are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer, privacy or other protections that may apply under the laws of another jurisdiction.

Where permitted by applicable law, disputes concerning AladdinStores shall be subject to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Nothing in this section deprives consumers of mandatory rights or jurisdictional protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
